Let’s be honest, some of us have no time to prepare food during quick gatherings with friends or officemates at home.
These simple appetizers save the day.
With only 4 ingredients or less, you can make each of these with ease.
Mini Bacon Cheese Balls
In this recipe, you need a store-bought cheese ball or cheese spread, bacon bits, chopped chives, and pretzel sticks.
Get a considerable amount of cheese to create about 1″ balls.
Roll in bacon bits and chives.
Press each topping slightly so they stick into the cheese.
Insert a pretzel stick into the ball to serve as an edible toothpick.
Guests who are completely low-carb don’t need to eat the pretzels.
Cucumber Smoked Salmon Bites
To make this, prepare cucumber, smoked salmon, slightly softened cream cheese, and either fresh or dried dill.
For a decorative touch, peel the stripes of the cucumber with a peeler or knife.
Then slice into thin circles about 1/4 inch thick.
Top each cucumber slice with a piece of smoked salmon, folded a bit so it sits nicely atop the cucumber.
Put the softened cream cheese into a zipper bag and cut one corner to use as a piping bag.
Squeeze the cream cheese on top of the salmon, and sprinkle with dill.
Smoked Sausage Pineapple Bites
You just need 3 ingredients on this one- smoked sausage, pineapple chunks, and teriyaki sauce.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chop the smoked sausage into 1/2-inch slices. With a toothpick, skewer the sausage to form the base.
Then stick the pineapple on top of it. Place them into a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with teriyaki sauce then bake them again for 5 more minutes.
Caprese Bites
This appetizer needs grape or cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, Mozzarella pearls, and Balsamic vinegar.
Stack the layer using a toothpick, start with a cherry tomato (the bottom is cut for it to stand), then a fresh basil leaf, and mozzarella pearl on top.
Then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Pear Bacon Queso Bites
You’ll need cubed Queso Fresco cheese, Bacon, Pear, and Honey.
Cut your cheese into cubes and start layering.
The bottom will be your cheese, then top with a piece of cooked bacon and a cube of fresh pear.
Then skewer them together with a toothpick. Drizzle with honey and serve.
Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
We will only use bacon and deveined shrimp on this one.
You simply wrap the shrimp with a piece of bacon and do the same thing for all of your shrimp.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, then place the shrimp wraps by batch in case not all will fit in.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Greek Antipasto Bites
We will use cherry or grape tomatoes, marinated quartered artichoke hearts, pitted Kalamata olives, and cubed feta cheese.
Cut the bottom end of the tomato as a base to stand.
With a toothpick, secure a stack and layer tomato, and artichoke, followed by an olive, and a cube of feta.
