  • Breaker Jar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4th teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4th teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4th teaspoon of pepper powder (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup of flavorless oil

1.) Add 1 whole egg, salt, optional pepper powder, and sugar into breaker jar

2.) Squeeze ½ lemon into the mixture.

3.) Add 1 cup of flavorless oil of any kind. Swirl the mixture thoroughly with utensil before using the blender.

4.) Immerse the blender right up onto the hand of the jar slowly. Take several turns to dip and raise the hand blender very slowly.

5.) Proceed to blend for about 45-60 seconds depending on how creamy you would like it.
