Corn on the cob is delicious side dish, but preparing it can be a shucking pain. From peeling pesky husks to removing the silk, corn seems to involve a lot of tedious tasks. Fortunately, we have the perfect cooking hack to skip the mess and get straight to the core.
First, cut 1 inch of the corn from the stalk end, as shown below.
Next, heat in microwave for 2-4 minutes. This will create a space between the kernel and the husk, making it easier to take out the kernel. Shake and squeeze the corn and the kernel has slide out easily.
