In a 5 x 7 dish, grease the bottom and edges with butter or oil, and line it with parchment paper. Next, take a saucepan and on low heat, add 400 grams of condensed milk and 300 grams of semi sweet dark chocolate. For the next four to five minutes, stir until the chocolate is completely melted. When the mixture is nice and smooth, add it to the prepared pan. Once the mixture is spread evenly in the pan, move it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.

After the fudge is chilled and solidified you can remove it from the dish by pulling out the parchment paper. Simply cut and serve, and you have a fan favorite dessert that took almost no time at all to make. This recipe is so easy that you can start it in the morning and have it ready by the time you leave for lunch; perfect for those procrastinators that wait until the last minute to think of something to bring. It’s also easy to modify for whatever holiday you’re preparing it for. Try using themed cookie cutters instead of cutting squares or adding sprinkles and frosting.
