Cooking your ham with a glaze of honey mustard and brown sugar is the perfect combination with the saltiness of the ham.

The first step is to prep the ham. Rinse it, then pat it dry with a towel. Next, score the outside of the ham, being careful not to cut too deep.

Now the ham is prepped, it’s time to focus on making the glaze that’ll coat it. For this, you need dijon mustard and honey. Give them a good mix, and add ground cinnamon and glove if you fancy spiced ham.

Next, take a cup and a half of light brown sugar, adding clove and cinnamon if you want. Set to the side, and take your next ingredients – sliced pineapples in pineapple juice and an entire jar of cherries.

Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 3 hours. If you’d rather cook on low, cook for 4 to 6 hours.

After the cooking time is up, remove the ham from the slow cooker, then slice it thickly and place it back into the slow cooker.
