Desserts shouldn’t be too complicated, but most that we love take time.

It would be nice to have a sweet and cold treat whenever you like, and the first thing that always comes to mind is ice cream.

But it takes time to make or would need some special equipment!

This recipe will give you a creamy, fruity dessert closest to a fruit ice cream!

You only need three ingredients: fruit, cream, and condensed milk.

There’s no need for special equipment either; just a hand mixer, and you’re ready to go.

You can choose any fruit, but this recipe used two – strawberries and bananas.

If you want to stick to one fruit, that’s fine.

You can add more if you want that fruity taste to prevail. Just make sure that it’s not too watery, though, or your dessert won’t be as creamy.

That makes banana a great addition to this recipe because it’s one fruit that is creamy in consistency once mashed.

Slice them, then place them in a food processor to blend them.

It’s important to beat the cream to the perfect consistency.

Beat the cream until it’s light and airy before adding the condensed milk.

This does not only make your dessert creamier, but it adds volume to it, too.

Condensed milk tends to be sweet, so you can look for a healthier alternative.

There is condensed milk marketed as “unsweetened,” but there are recipes for it that you can also do at home.

Some are even keto-friendly!

No need to worry about the sweetness of your dessert; just opt for a fruit that’s already sweet enough for your taste.

Mix both the fruit and cream in a bowl.

Once done, pour everything into a freezer-safe glass pan or dish.

You can top it with fruit slices that you used in your dessert (like this one used strawberries) or even add some nuts.

Freeze for at least five hours. Serve and enjoy this tasty dessert!

Prepare the ingredients and recreate this recipe at home!
