Super Bowl halftime shows are nothing short of a spectacle of the most talented artists in the world. It’s most known as the entertainment part during the Super Bowl, the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL).
This halftime show routine by a group of highly-skilled high school girls is likely one you can look forward to at a Super-Bowl for sure.
Halftime shows, in general, are a break from the heart-pounding sports event. Yet sometimes, there are impeccable performances that are too mesmerizing to watch you’ll end up forgetting the hype of the sports competition itself.
Everyone, meet the 2019 Rocklin High School Dance Team
It is a powerhouse squad of 27 strong teen cheer dancers and they are set to give everyone an out of this world dance routine. You might be thinking we’re exaggerating the description of their performance, you better see it yourself.
Usually, a halftime show is set to break the ice from the game’s intensity and to let hotheads cool down. It’s not supposed to take over the hype of the game, however, this particular performance did the unthinkable.
They say practice makes perfect, yes it does!
We are not sure how long the team has been practicing this routine but one thing is certain, they nailed every bit of it! Before they even start, you hear the crowd roaring for them. It’s a sign that they are famous for what they do because they bring something special once they grace the dance field.
They begin by marching towards the center of the football field and right from there, you can already see the coordination from these high school girls.
That’s proper dance etiquette right there, ladies and gentlemen.
Are you ready? You better be!
The siren goes off shaking the entire venue. After the introduction, they bow down their heads, getting ready to launch like a missile.
As soon as the track starts playing on the giant speakers, the Rocklin High School Dance Team begins flaunting their hair-raising dance routine.
With their sparkling blue and white costumes, the teens create a dazzling display of cheer dance.
Talking about power, agility, precision, timing, and synchronization?
These high schoolers have it all and no one is missing any of these qualities. You’ve got to love the level of coordination that they have, it’s like their brains are linked to each other and quietly talking by themselves.
They are moving in unison with one another and with the music. The transitions from one formation to another are perfectly executed with so much ease, it only proves that these girls are on a different level when it comes to dance.
With the fast-paced music that they’re dancing to, nobody among the 27 girls plans on missing a single beat. They look prepared for the occasion- that’s why they’re living up to the expectations of the crowd.
When we say that halftime shows are just ice breakers, this one totally crushed it into smithereens.
They are perfect, from start to finish.
If it so happened that it was a competition, there’s no doubt this team would be hailed as the grand champions.
I personally watched the video of their performance multiple times and every time I do, it gives me nothing but chills.
I don’t know about you, but I saw no one missing out on a single beat throughout the entire dance routine.
We hope that one way or the other, all of them will pursue their career as dancers. They are undeniably talented and we are sure they will go places with their talents.
