In the video, fitness and lifestyle coach Emily Hayden shows her viewers how fast and simple eating super nutritious and light meals can be using a slow cooker, right in your own kitchen. What impressed me the most about Emily was her ability to detail the variety found in each of the ingredients used in the dish, which was something I personally appreciated as someone who has an eye for tasty and healthy cooking optionsOnce the chicken is done, you can use it in any recipe you would like, or it’s easy to eat as-is. While there is enough in this recipe for two people, find your inner creativity and expand your already amazing meal if this isn’t enough for you or your loved ones!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 2 pounds of boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon of brown sugar substitute
  • 4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup of Italian dressing
  • ½ cup of sugar-free barbecue sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

First, spray the entire inside of the slow cooker dish with non-stick cooking spray and set the chicken inside. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar substitute, Worcestershire sauce, Italian dressing and sugar-free barbecue sauce until the sugar is mixed.

Once the mixture is complete, pour the contents over the chicken and turn your slow cooker on its highest setting for six hours or on its lowest setting for eight hours. Once ready, separate with a fork and enjoy!
