Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 5¼ cups of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup of Bread crumbs
  • ½ Tablespoon of oregano

  • 2 tablespoons of olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of corn starch or potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • A pinch of salt

For the dipping sauce, you’ll need:

  • 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. or 5 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce

You’ll also need the following:

  • Paper towels
  • Plastic bag
  • Bowl

To make:

Step 1. Clean your potatoes, peel them, and cut them into wedges.

Step 2. Put them in a bowl and then pour hot water and add a teaspoon of salt. Mix and leave it for 20 minutes.

Step 3. Remove water and gently pat the potatoes dry using a kitchen towel.

Step 4. Get a zip lock bag or paper bag. Put all your potatoes and then add olive oil. Mix.

Step 5. In a separate bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, corn starch, oregano, red pepper powder, salt, and garlic. Mix well and combine with your potatoes. Make sure every potato wedge will be coated.

Step 6. Add breadcrumbs and mix again. Lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 7. Bake for 365°F for 40-50 minutes. Once done, let it cook a bit and transfer to a plate.

Step 8. For the cheesy buttery sauce, mix milk, cheddar cheese, and butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well.

Step 9. Serve and enjoy!

These crispy garlic cheese potatoes can also be served with any type of sauce you want. It works well with garlic mayo, ketchup, or even sweet chili sauce.
