Nothing tops classic banana bread, except when you add a chocolatey twist

While nothing tops classic banana bread, we added a little chocolatey twist to the recipe and ended up with some tasty results. Get ready to sink your teeth into moist, chewy chocolate banana pudding! Not only is this recipe easy to follow, but it’s also incredibly fun to bake!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Slices of bread
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

Cut bread into slices, then again into cubes. Add bread to a pan and bake at 350F for 5 min. Next, add 4 ripe bananas into a small and crush using a whisk. Mix in eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, until watery. Add in the bread and mix thoroughly. Mix in chocolate chips generously. Add mixture to a cupcake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
