A fresh take on a classic chicken dinner
And guess what? It’s super delicious and simple to make!
You’ll need:
- chicken breasts
- a few different types of veggies
- cheese of your liking
- a couple types of spreads
- a few of your favorite spices
After you’ve gathered these, you’ll be ready to cook.
Step one:
Preheat oven to 355℉. Cut chicken breasts in half. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the breasts and then pound them down a bit with a wooden roller.
Step two:
Mix up a little mayo and mustard.
Step three:
Grate some cheese and mix it with a bundle of chopped parsley and a minced garlic glove.
Step four:
Mix all of this with the mayo and mustard spread that you’ve already created and then slather the mixture over the top of each one of your chicken breasts.
Step five:
Roll them up and place them in a baking pan with some oil on the bottom to keep them from sticking.
Pop those babies in the oven for about half an hour and let them cook.
Pull them out at the end of that thirty-minute period and sprinkle a bit more of that cheese and herb mixture from before and then bake for another five minutes or so.
While the chicken is finishing up, you can make a quick side by chopping up some cabbage, cucumber, a few radishes, green onion, and parsley.
Mix these into a bowl with some salt, pepper, and another dollop of mayo.
You’ve just made a delicious slaw!
When your chicken is done, place a breast or two onto a plate with some of the slaw and dig in!
You won’t be disappointed with the look and taste of this meal.
