Step one: Take out your vegetable peeler. Peel off all the outer layer of skin of the potatoes.

Step two: Slice the peeled potatoes in half, lengthwise, and scoop out the center of each potato, leaving about an inch of flesh in each.

Step three: Fry the potato boats one by one until golden brown and crispy, about 4 to 6 minutes. This is to make sure that your potato boats will be in good condition once taken out of the cooking oil.

Drain and transfer the potatoes to a baking pan tray set over a baking sheet. Set aside.

Step four: Time to take out your electric meat mincer to grind that chicken fillet.

If you don’t have this machine you can always buy a fresh minced chicken fillet at your nearest market. Make sure that the minced chicken will be placed in a large mixing bowl.

With the minced chicken in a large mixing bowl, it is time to dump in the ingredients for your filling mixture.

Step five: Start with dumping in the chopped onions, afterward spread the picked branches of dill. Put in the semolina, smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.

Now, start mixing all the ingredients until evenly combined using your clean and strong hands. Set aside.

Step six: Top each potato boat with a thin layer of shredded cheese.

Next, dump in the filling mixture and stuffed it well inside the potato boats. After stuffing is done, top it once more with a layer of shredded cheese. Finish the toppings by squeezing in some ketchup.
