Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of broccoli florets
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 2 diced garlic cloves
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium saucepan, boil water. Then blanch the broccoli in the boiling water for two minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
Next, drain the broccoli and place it on a cutting board. Using a knife, chop the broccoli into very small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with a beaten egg, bread crumbs, garlic, scallions, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Take out a baking sheet and spray it with nonstick baking spray. Then shape the mixture into tater tor shapes and spread them evenly across the sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes on one side. Then take it out of the oven, flip them over, and bake it for 8-9 minutes on the other side. Both sides should be golden brown.
Take out and enjoy!
