Here are the ingredients:
- 2 pieces of bananas
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of fresh milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil
The steps are as follows:
First, sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar into your pan.
You can use either white or brown sugar.
The purpose of this is for the caramelization that will be featured in the latter steps.
Then prepare the bananas.
Peel off the two ripe bananas. Cut them into small pieces.
Arrange the banana slices on the pan.
The bananas are not set up in any particular way, but you can start from the middle, as shown in the video. Just make sure there is only one layer on the pan.
Get the two eggs and crack them open in a bowl.
Add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar.
