At least that’s what scientists discovered in a new study. The research involved 968 subjects that were aged between 23 and 98 and was designed to reveal health effects of consuming dark chocolate.

Among the subjects, those who consumed more chocolate had better visual memory.


They also had a higher capacity to memorize new information.
