These potatoes only require 3 ingredients to bake a mouth-watering delight. Perfect for a weekend treat (and especially for the kids), these potatoes are an easy meal that is also an instant crowd pleaser. Just be sure to clean up any drool on the kitchen counter.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 precooked, unpeeled white potatoes
  • 7 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 5 1/2 oz. diced bacon

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a cooking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°F.

In the meantime, melt the cheddar cheese until gooey. In a separate pan, pour olive oil and cook bacon until crisp.

Once your potatoes have cooked, pour the melted cheese over the potatoes and sprinkle the bacon on top. Mix thoroughly to ensure that you get some of that gooey topping over all the potatoes!
