Take the cooked pasta and toss it in a large bowl that’s big enough to mix around in.

Add the shredded mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses first then pour in the milk slowly.

You could spread the cheeses around the pasta and the bowl to make it easier to mix later.

Add in the parmigiano reggiano.

Easy right?

Whisk 3 large eggs in a bowl then add those in as well.

Then add in 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper.

Mix the pasta and the ingredients around the bowl until they’re all evenly spread out.

Preheat your oven to 425° and while you’re doing that, generously butter a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Now take the mixed pasta and on a round pan or similar, bake it until the cheese is melted and bubbling for 35 to 40 minutes.

Set the pie on a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes before inverting it onto a platter.

If you’d like, make a nice sauce of your choosing, like a tomato meat-based type of sauce or anything you think will go with the dish.

Slice the pie into your desired serving portions, garnish and sauce it up if you choose, and serve.

Spaghetti is a child’s best friend, and cheese is probably a close second, so putting these two together is a no-brainer anyway.

And it will please hungry adults too.

Baking it in pie form means ending up with a crisp outer layer and really amazing stringy, melty cheesiness on the inside of it.

If you’re a kitchen pro, you really can add in a few ingredients of your own.

Serving more adults, turn up the heat and make it spicy, or add in a nice salmon or any meat dish.

If you’re feeding kids, tomato sauce, bread, and perhaps extra cheese would make those kids sit down for longer.

And if you really want to turn things up a notch, maybe try a different type of pasta.

Or cook a known pasta dish and try turning it into a pie like this one.
