Put 300 grams of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe, heat-proof bowl. No need to splurge on your white chocolate because you’ll be melting it anyway.

Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk into the bowl of chocolate chips.

Pop the bowl with the chocolate and the condensed milk into the microwave for two minutes.

Don’t forget to give it a stir halfway through.

Take it out of the microwave and continue stirring the milk and chocolate until they are completely mixed and melted together. Use a metal spoon because the heat can damage wooden spoons.

Add in half a cup of smooth and creamy peanut butter and stir it through. Note: Use a smooth, not so oily peanut better. Peanut butter with a lot of oil can make the fudge’s consistency slightly off.

Make sure you use a spreadable type of peanut butter.

Slightly spray an 8×8 inch cake pan and line with non-stick baking paper. Make sure you leave some extra paper on the pan’s edges, enough to lift the entire fudge out of the pan later.

Quickly pour the fudge into the pan.

You’ll have to move quickly because fudge sets fast when it starts to cool and you don’t want to be left with a clump of fudge.

Smooth surface out so its nice and even all over. Use a metal spoon to make it flat.

Shake and tap the pan to remove any air bubbles.

Here’s an optional step: Roughly chop roasted peanuts to add a nice crunch and a touch of salt to your fudge.

Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the fudge. Gently tap the peanuts into the top of the fudge. No need to embed them in the fudge, you just want to make sure they stick to the surface.

Stick your fudge pan in the refrigerator and leave it inside for two to three hours, until the fudge is set and it’s nice and firm.

Use the sides of the paper to lift the fudge out of the pan.

Use a sharp knife and cute the fudge into 16 even squares. That’s it!
