Our planet is beautiful and amazing. Mother Nature provides us with oxygen-producing trees, vast oceans, and delicious fruits and vegetables to eat. But, in case you haven’t noticed — Mother Nature can be pretty weird.

As fruits and vegetables grow, they can become stunted or deformed; a weird natural occurrence that is simply chocked up to science. During the growth process, something can slightly damage the piece of food, and it will continue to grow despite the scar. Or — it can just be due to soil or weather. Either way, the results can be pretty crazy.
