The recipe, however, has a little twist, and when we say “twist” – we mean an actual twist.

You might already have a slight idea of what this recipe is all about based on its name alone.

Instead of just toasting slices of garlic bread, this recipe brought it one notch higher by loading it with all the goods before toasting it to perfection.

To recreate this recipe, you just need to grab the following ingredients.

  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

Are you ready? Then let’s get things started.

Step 1: In a large enough bowl, toss in 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, and half cup of butter. Make sure to mix all ingredients well and evenly.

Step 2: Lay a slice of bread on parchment paper or a chopping board. Then scoop a decent amount of the garlic mix and spread it evenly on the bread.

Step 3: Shape the bread by slicing an approximately 3 to 4-inch, 10-degree diagonal line at each corner. Then lift the cut sides and have them crisscross at each other as shown in the video. Sprinkle the center of the bread with some diced cheese, diced capsicum, corn bits, and chili flakes.

Do this step to the rest of the bread slices.
