  • 2¾ cups or 375 ml coconut milk, fat
  • 220 g oatmeal
  • 170 g high-quality, dark chocolate

Here are the steps:

Get an 18 cm round dish and line it with parchment paper.

Grease it and then set it aside.

Chop your high-quality dark chocolate.

Then proceed to melt it in a bowl.

Get your coconut oil and boil it in a saucepan. Once you’re done, get your melted dark chocolate and mix it together until smooth.

Slowly add your oatmeal and stir well until the mixture becomes smooth.

Pour the chocolate oat batter into your round dish.

Let it cool at room temperature.

Once cooled, you can chill it in the fridge for another 4 hours. Served chilled.
