Isn’t that easy? Where can you possibly find a cake recipe that only needs 3 ingredients?

  • 4 large-sized eggs
  • A cup and a pinch of cream cheese
  • 1 1/5 cup + 3 Tblsp sweetened condensed milk (sweetened)

Everyone can nail this, whether you are a pro or not.

Don’t fret and just follow the easy steps listed below.

Step Number One: Grab two mixing bowls and prepare to crack the eggs. Separate each egg’s white and yolk – put them (separately) in each bowl. Beat the egg whites using a hand mixer, mix it thoroughly until it becomes full and fluffy. Do the same procedure to the egg yolks.

Step Number Two: Add the cream cheese to the beaten egg yolks, combine them well. After that, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix them well.

Step Number Three: Gradually add the egg white mixture to the mixture from step number two. Combine the two mixtures meticulously, make sure you are not leaving behind any solid portions from the egg white.

Step Number Four: Wrap an 8-inch springform pan with aluminum foil, ensure the entirety of the side is covered completely. Put in the mixture and let it sit for a couple of seconds. While waiting, prepare another large container/bowl and pour in some hot water. Put the baking pan inside and check if the water rises about 2/3 of an inch high.

Step Number Five: Put it inside a pre-heated oven under 355 °F heat. Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes and keep the oven’s door closed during the entire baking process.

Once the cake becomes fuller and turns into golden yellow, you may then turn the oven off and let the cake sit inside for another 30 minutes. Just let it cool down a bit with the oven’s door slightly open.
