The ingredients alone are delicious:

  • 2 chicken breasts without skin
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Spring onion
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons of honey

Let’s get cooking.

Get your fresh chicken breasts and pat them dry.

Cut diagonal lines around halfway through. Then turn it in the opposite direction and cut the same diagonal lines.

You’ll end up with square cuts that are halfway through the chicken breasts.

Season with salt and pepper.

Massage the salt and pepper so that the chicken will absorb it.
