1. Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef

2 pounds of beef chuck roast

1/2 cup of honey barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoons of mustard
1/3 cup of ketchup
3 pounds of yellow potatoes
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of half and half

Finally, mix your brown sugar, mustard and ketchup together and smear it over your meatloaf before throwing the whole thing in your broiler for three to four minutes. Throw the rest of your ingredients into the pressure cooker and mash your potatoes until they turn creamy and you’re ready to eat!
6. French Onion Soup
If you thought that this fancy soup recipe was only for high-end restaurants, think again. That’s right, you can even use your slow cooker to make a deliciously rich French onion soup that may just take you by surprise. The best part? It’s actually pretty simple to make. So let’s get started.

4 onions, sliced
9 ounces of sliced gruyere cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 quarts of beef broth
1/4 cup of sherry
1 cup of croutons
2 sprigs of fresh thyme

2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of ginger paste
7 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup of tomato paste
1 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 teaspoons of garam masala
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of fenugreek leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup of roughly chopped cilantro

1 rack of baby back pork ribs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

Let the pressure release on its own for 10 minutes before doing a quick release and letting it cook the rest of the way. When the time’s up, open it up and enjoy!
11. Teriyaki Chicken
While you may have had a teriyaki chicken recipe before, this one is the recipe to end them all. While technically this is a kind of recreation of Chinese food as well, this is a recipe that can go well with all kinds of different side dishes. So let’s get started.
Ingredients:
3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
3/4 cups of low-sodium soy sauce
3/4 cups of brown sugar
1/3 cup of rice vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
3/4 teaspoons of ground ginger
4 teaspoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of warm water
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions

To start, trim up your chopped chicken and throw it all in your slow cooker. Get out a side bowl and mix together your soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ginger and garlic. After it’s combined, pour it over your chicken. When it’s ready, cover the slow cooker and set it on low for four to five hours. Next, take the chicken out and mix some cornstarch and water in a side bowl. Pour the slurry in the slow cooker again and stir it up before adding your chicken back in and serving it!

Next, get out a frying pan and sear your pork loin on both sides for one to two minutes (once it’s piping hot already). Mix together your Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a side bowl and pour the marinade over the pork. Make a cornstarch slurry and add that in as well before closing the slow cooker and setting it on high for four hours on high or on low for seven. When that time’s up, open it up and enjoy!
