Mrs. Mary Hall celebrated her 105th birthday on September 10, 2020. She celebrated her long life by dancing and singing along to her favorite gospel music.

Christol Draughn, Mrs. Hall’s granddaughter said that her grandmother loves to laugh and sing.

Also, according to her, Mrs. Hall always has something positive to say about life. She is without a doubt, a source of inspiration and faith.

The 105-year-old woman also revealed her hidden secret to a long life- her faith in God and an apple a day to “keep the doctors away.”

There are simply no reasons to doubt her because she has lived for more than 100 years.

A woman of her age who is, surprisingly, not on any medications or maintenance medicines. Draughn said her grandma is “Smart as a whip!”

Actually, the coronavirus is not the only bad news this year. We also had devastating wildfires, the undying social issue about color, and the sudden deaths of some known personalities like Kobe Bryant and Chadwick Boseman.

The year isn’t over yet, we still have more than 2 months to go in 2020, and it’s now up to us. How are we going to live for the remainder of this year? Can our hearts and minds still bear additional tragedies?

Good thing is that Mrs. Hall and many other inspiring stories are now becoming sources of positivity and hope. More than anything else, I think faith, kindness, and love are all we need to fight against the deadly virus.
